چکیده
Productivity in the manufacture of aircrafts components, especially engine must increase along with more sustainable conditions. Regarding machining, a solution is proposed to cutting speed, but engines are made very difficult-to-cut alloys. In this work, comparison between two tool materials, namely (a) cemented carbide and (b) SiAlON ceramics, for milling rough operations Inconel® 718 aged condition was carried out. Furthermore, both influence coatings tools speed ceramic were analysed. All tested until end their useful life. The cost performance ratio used compare productivity tools. Despite results showing higher durability coated tool, presented better behavior terms at speed. Therefore, should be demands, while low speed-high volume material removal.

In the present study, an attempt has been made to experimentally investigate the effects of cutting parameters on cutting force in end milling of AISI 304 steel with solid carbide tools. Experiments were conducted based on four factors and five level central composite rotatable design. Mathematical model has been developed to predict the cutting forces in terms of cutting parameters such as he...

This paper presents a method for the production of high-purity anhydrous nickel(II) perrhenate. The method comprises sorption of nickel(II) ions from aqueous nickel(II) nitrate solutions, using strongly acidic C160 cation exchange resin, and subsequent elution of sorbed nickel(II) ions using concentrated perrhenic acid solutions. After the neutralization of the resulting rhenium-nickel solution...
